Vicky is a regular contributor to Woman’s Touch magazine, winner
of an EPA (Evangelical Press Association) Award of Merit. For three years
she wrote a bi-monthly column for Woman’s Touch entitled Up
Close & Personal, addressing such issues as comforting hurting
women, healing a damaged self-image, and choosing
to forgive. In 2004 she completed a six-part series on overcoming personality
weaknesses and continues to write for Woman’s Touch on
assignment. Vicky’s article, Reaching Your Full Potential,
will appear in their November 2005 issue.
Vicky is also a contributing author to two
books. Daughters Of Heaven-Lessons in Life for Young
Women is a devotional book for teenage girls and
was on the best-sellers list for Harrison House Publishers
in 2003. In A Quiet Escape, a woman’s
devotional book published in 2004, Vicky’s chapter
on The Fatherhood of God makes clear the effect
our earthly father has on the way we feel about ourselves
today, as well as how we perceive our Heavenly Father.
“ If you are looking for
a book that is honest and forthright, one that plumbs the
depths of life and shows how other women of faith have come
to grips with the same kind of challenges you face, this
book is for you.”
